Please note that our review responses cannot begin until we have a phone call with you to obtain account access. For negative reviews, we rely on you to provide feedback on the situation and if you choose not to do so then we will not respond. All negative reviews are sent for your approval prior to posting.
Make sure you provide a phone number and choose a date for us to call when your account is set up. It will usually take two business days to get everything ready but the timetable will depend on your availability as well as how long it takes us to obtain access to your accounts.
